October celebrates mental health week and world mental health day. During this time to focus on mental health, I thought it may be helpful to share some books that I sometimes suggest to clients to help improve their mental health, better understand a situation they may be going through or to help aide them in getting through tough times. I see individuals, families, and couples and the issues range from depression and anxiety to communication and conflict resolution to how to work through infidelity.
